About OHSU Family Medicine at Richmond OHSU Family Medicine at Richmond (FMR) is part of the Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine Department of Family Medicine, one of the nation’s most highly rated Family Medicine departments.  We offer full-spectrum health care for all ages, providing comprehensive maternity (including Cesarean sections when needed), infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric care. Family Medicine at Richmond, is the only Federally Qualified Health Center among the many OHSU clinics.
